Shipping:

We only ship items to one of the 50 states via UPS and to a physical address, not PO Boxes, APO or territories.

Most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If there is any reason that we believe your order will not ship immediately, you will recieve a notification from us.

 

Shipping Costs:

All orders under $100 will cost $9.99 for UPS Ground to any of the lower 48 States.

All orders between $100 and $250 will cost $12.95 for UPS Ground to any of the lower 48 States.

All orders over $250 will cost $13.95 for UPS Ground to any of the lower 48 States.

If you need your item quicker than UPS Ground can provide (typically 3-5 business days), then select a quicker method, like UPS 2 day or next day air.

 

Warranty:

Products sold by DiffsOnly.com are warranted by their original manufacturer. Warranties vary between manufacturers. For warranty information on a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly.

DiffsOnly.com, LLC or it's employees make no warrantee terms on any of our products, as we are not the manufacturer. If you feel an employee is offering you a warranty, get it in writing before placing your order.

This warranty does not cover, and DiffsOnly.com, LLC shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenues, or loss or damage to personal property (including loss or damage to vehicle parts due to the failure of any product sold by us). In addition, this warranty does not cover, and DiffsOnly.com, LLC shall not be liable for, any undertaking, representation, or agreements made by dealers or other third parties selling DiffsOnly.com, LLC products, except where such agreements are within the provisions of this warranty statement. Also, this warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by or facilitated by failure of a non-DiffsOnly.com, LLC installed component.

 

Returns:

All returns caused by customer error and some returns caused by customer refusal of our shipment will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.

Returns caused by an error by DiffsOnly.com, LLC or our suppliers are not subject to a Restocking Fee of any amount.

Customer Error is defined as a return for any reason that does not involve an error by DiffsOnly.com, LLC or our supplier(s).

Customer Refusal returns that are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee are those where the customer refuses delivery of our shipment due to an error on the part of the customer (e.g., no longer needs part, ordered incorrect part number, etc.). Customer Refusal returns due to other reasons (e.g., part received different than part ordered, part damaged during shipment, etc.) are not subject to a Restocking Fee.

No returns allowed after 120 days.

All returns must have an RMA# on the outside of the package. Any that do not, will be refused and returned. All shipping costs associated with returns and refused packages are your responsiblity.

Item being returned should be put inside another box sufficient to protect it's packaging and contents, just as it was shipped to you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We highly advise returning the item via UPS, insured for the value of the item.

Bottom line, we want to be sure you receive the correct part. Before placing the order, make sure this is what you want and will fit your application. If you are unsure, or would like confirmation, contact us FIRST!
